As part of our operations within Australia, we strictly comply with the relevant Commonwealth and State Lobbying Codes of Conduct and Lobbyist Regulation Legislation.

PP Group Agencies is registered on applicable Lobbyist Registers across jurisdictions where lobbying activity is undertaken, including (but not limited to) the Australian Government Register of Lobbyists, and, where required, state-based registers such as those in Tasmania and New South Wales.

In accordance with legislation, we:

  • Ensure all personnel conducting lobbying activities are properly registered and declared;

  • Accurately report lobbying communications with government representatives;

  • Adhere to statutory requirements around disclosure, cooling-off periods, prohibited conduct, and gift restrictions;

  • Maintain clear and up-to-date records of clients for whom lobbying services are provided;

  • Uphold the principles outlined in the relevant Lobbying Code of Conduct, including honesty, integrity, and respect for public institutions.
